An evening of good company, soulful music, and aromatic coffee, featuring the talented Ben Caldwell and Love in Exile players.

This event, hosted by the VC for DEI and Black Studies Professor, Jeffrey Stewart, aims to celebrate diversity, artistic expression, and a sense of community.

JJC is a collaboration among artists, musicians, cultural and black studies scholars, and local intellectual to achieve something broader than creating entertainment spaces in Isla Vista. JJC is presented in conjunction with BLST 14: The History of Jazz, taught by Dr. Jeffrey Stewart.

Special thanks to Chancellor Henry Yang, Marilyn Lee Schneider, and Sandy Otellini.
